Sunday School is designed for 5-12 year olds.
iChildren are collected by minibus from Horsham and Roffey and returned home afterwards. Minibus space is limited.
The children meet together in the Youth Hall for singing, prayer and news of the points competition and the coming week's activities, e.g. Adventure Club.
They divide into classes for Bible teaching and then return to the Youth Hall for a quiz on the teaching they have just received.
Children receive points for bringing their Bibles, bringing friends and completing lesson worksheets. At the start of each term, there is a Points Shop where children can spend their points and obtain prizes such as sweets, stickers and pens. Attendance prizes are presented each year.
During the year, parents and friends are invited especially to family services at Christmas and Easter (please see Special Events). However, they are welcome every Sunday evening at our Gospel Service. From 2nd January 2022, we hope to introduce family services weekly.
We encourage the young people to attend camps:
11-15 year olds: Thames Valley Christian Camps in May at Romsey, Hampshire
9-16 year olds: Generations Christian Camps at Whitesmith, East Sussex in July/August
Sunday School closes during the Christmas and Summer holidays.
